We offer finishing services, using high end, imported industrial 2k coatings, that are mixed with a hardener prior to spraying. This creates a beautiful, extremely durable finish that is comparable, or better than, those used in cabinet shops. We employ vigorous preparation standards, including washing all surfaces with degreasing cleanser, sanding with our HEPA dust extracting , filling dents, dings and nail holes, and caulking joints between molding and cabinet boxes. Many painting companies advertise that they use "top of the line paint" for cabinets, like Sherwin Williams Emerald, or Benjamin Moore Advance. While these are top of the line 'trim paints' from these suppliers, they do not offer anywhere near as durable of a finish as a 2k coating.

We offer a variety of upgrade options, including refacing, which will leave your existing cabinet boxes in place, but will allow you to choose a new style of doors and drawers fronts, from a  variety of design options. Other upgrades include replacing hinges and drawer slides with soft-close hinges and soft-close drawer slides. We can also change your cabinet hardware, even if that includes filling existing holes, and drilling new holes to fit your selected hardware. We can add crown molding to the top of your cabinets, replace toe kicks, and even add  molding to the end panels, or island, to create a new look.

Is the price of industrial finishes out of your reach? We can provide surprising affordable options! For a home without pets and children, and with a kitchen that doesn't see heavy use, a more budget friendly coating may be considered. While it won't have the durability of premium industrial coatings, many people are perfectly satisfied with the result for years to come.

Q: How long will cabinetry refinishing take? 

A: Usually we will be able to complete the project in one week. We will let you know the timeline in your estimate.

Q: Will I be able to use my kitchen during the project?

A: This will depend on the level of finishing you choose. If we spray the cabinet boxes in your home, this will require you to empty the cabinets, and they will be off limits during the duration of the project. However, you may choose that we spray only the cabinet doors and drawer faces, and brush and roll the boxes. In this case, you will have full access to your kitchen during the duration of the project, and will not have to empty your cabinets. 

Q: How messy is this going to be?

A: We respect your home, and do our best to keep the work area clean. We have dust extracting sanders attached to a Festool HEPA vacuum. This almost eliminates sanding dust. Each day, we clean up the work area, and leave our supplies out of your way.
